However, we do not guarantee the approval of any visa, permit, or immigration status. The final decision rests entirely with the government authorities of the destination country.
3. Services & Scope
- We provide consultancy for Study Visas, Visit-to-Work conversions, Tourist Visas, and PR pathways.
- We are not a government agency or affiliated with any government body.

4. User Obligations
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the consultation and application process. Lakshpath Global is not liable for any rejection caused by:
- Submission of fraudulent or forged documents by the client.
- Concealment of past visa rejections or criminal history.
- Failure to provide required documents within the stipulated timeline.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
Consultancy fees are charged for our professional services, expertise, and time.
- Non-Refundable: Fees paid to Lakshpath Global are generally non-refundable once the service process has commenced.
- Government Fees: Any visa application fees paid directly to embassies or third parties (VFS, medicals, etc.) are separate and non-refundable by us.
- Exceptions: Refunds are only considered if Lakshpath Global fails to submit your application due to our own internal error, subject to management review.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lakshpath Global shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from:
- Changes in immigration laws or policies during your application process.
- Delays caused by third parties (universities, couriers, government bodies).
- Loss of passport or documents while in custody of the embassy or courier services.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Valsad, Gujarat.
